2016 Summer Camp Registration is Now OPEN!!!

Hello Parents,

Youth Guidance is thinking warm thoughts and already planning for SUMMER!!!  

Attached is information about Youth Guidance's Summer Camp at South Loop School.  Youth Guidance at STEM will be again partnering with Youth Guidance at South Loop to provide summer camp for our students.

Register before April 1^st and receive $25 off your registration fee!

Here is some important information to know: 

WHEN: The 8 week camp begins Monday, June 27^th and ends Friday, August 19^th. Campers register by the week and can choose between two enrollment options: part-time from 8:00am-3:30pm or full-time from 8:00am-6:00pm There will be no camp on Monday, July 4^th. Children can be dropped off no earlier 8:00am and picked up no later than 6:00pm. No child supervision is available before or after these times. 

 

WHERE: South Loop Elementary School – 1212 S. Plymouth Court, Chicago, IL 60605. 

***Please note that the 8^th week of camp (August 15-19) may be located at the South Loop Early Childhood Center building on 1915 S. Federal Street due to building maintenance and cleaning at the main building located on Plymouth. Parents will be updated once we know for sure where camp will take place on the 8^th week. 

PROGRAM FEES:  The cost of Summer Camp is indicated in the tables in the attachment. Cost is dependant on how many weeks are selected, the grade of the camper, and which enrollment option selected. Grade level is reflective of grade entering in fall of 2016. A sibling discount is offered for each additional child at 25% off the weekly price (field trip fees are not discounted).

​Registration will close on Monday, June 20^th.  Register before April 1^st and receive $25 off your registration fee!

HOW TO REGISTER:

§  Read over the Youth Guidance Program Registration and Consents Packet before registering your child found online at https://goo.gl/6bou8c. 

§  Complete registration form online athttps://goo.gl/QZRvry.

§  Submit your $100 non-refundable registration fee to Youth Guidance (see "Payments" above).  Your child's spot will not be reserved until Youth Guidance has received the $100 registration fee. No student will be allowed to attend until they are registered online.  Payment alone does not count as registration.  

§  If you currently have an outstanding balance with Youth Guidance, your child may not attend Summer Camp until the balance is resolved. Email Sarah Sharma at ssharma@youth-guidance.org to inquire about your account balance.
